In the CSI: Europe History Lab, students will examine the essential question: What/Who is to blame for the Black Death? Students will examine:

In the Shark Tank China History Lab, students will investigate the essential question: Which Chinese invention was most beneficial? They will learn about Medieval China's inventions by examining documents including the paddlewheel boat's Instagram page, an advertisement for porcelain, and they'll even create a wet compass! For their final assessment, students will collaborate to present a persuasive investment pitch for one of the inventions in the hopes that their shark teacher will invest.

In Mesoamerica's Got Talent History Lab, students will examine sources to answer the essential question: Just how talented, how advanced, were the Maya, Aztec and Inca civilizations? Students will examine primary and other sources that include Instagram, Snapchat, magazine articles, and videos. In the end, students will write an informative essay appropriately citing evidence that explains how Mesoamerica's Got Talent!
In the Amazing Race History Lab, students will race around campus using a map and a camera. Students will collaborate to locate secret clues and answer content questions as well as engage in interactive picture tasks.
